ALSINC

Participating in ALSINC 2025 was a truly memorable experience for our team. As first-time negotiators, we stepped into something completely new, unsure of what to expect, but from the very beginning, the competition created a space where we felt comfortable learning, experimenting, and growing together.

What made ALSINC so special was how it balanced challenge with support. Each round pushed us to think on our feet and step outside our comfort zones, but at the same time, it felt like a safe space to try, make mistakes, and improve.

ALSINC 25 was an amazing experience for me both personally and professionally. I got to meet incredible arbitrators who guided me beyond the competition, and their feedback really helped me for my future.

The venue in Sri Lanka made everything feel lighter and less stressful, turning the whole experience into something truly enjoyable. The organising committee was incredibly kind and supportive.

ALSINC 2025 was an incredible experience for my first negotiation competition. The problems were engaging and it was really fun to exchange ideas with our competitors during the rounds.

I would definitely encourage anyone who wants to try their hand at negotiating to join ALSINC, as the judges give very useful feedback and it’s a wonderful way to develop your negotiation skills!

ALSINC 2025 was the first international negotiation competition I had ever participated in, and I’m so glad I did.
